1. Transport
Wir bevorzugen die Selbstabholung oder eigenhaendige Uebergabe bei einer Chinchilla-Schau.
Fuer Transport mittels Transportunternehmen gilt Punkt 2.
Ab dem Augenblick der Uebergabe uebernehmen wir keine Haftung.
Ebenso uebernehmen wir keine Haftung für unsachgemaeßen Transport, falsche Temperaturen beim Transport, Fuetterungsfehler, Fehler bei der Futterumstellung, Tod durch Sturz im Kaefig, Tod Infolge Raufhandlung zwischen Chinchillas, bzw. saemtliche Umstaende auf welche wir keinen Einfluss haben.
2. Transportunternehmen
Ab dem Augenblick der Uebergabe uebernehmen wir keine Haftung.
Da wir keinerlei Einfluss auf das Transportunternehmen, deren AGBs und Lieferbedingungen und Lager-bedingungen haben, uebernehmen wir hier auf absolut nichts Haftung, deshalb bevorzugen wir die Selbstabholung oder Uebergabe auf einer Schau! Besteht der Kaeufer auf Transport mittels Transport-unternehmen (der Transport ist vom Kaeufer selbst zu organisieren und von diesem auch selbst zu bezahlen!), ist der gesamte Kaufpreis im Voraus sofort faellig.
3. Kaufbedingungen
Nach Interessensbekundung an einem unserer Royal Persian Angora oder Royal Persian Angora Traeger und Kaufzusage senden wir unsere Bankverbindung per Mail und ersuchen um die Leistung der Anzahlung von mindestens 25% des vereinbarten Kaufpreises (oder des Gesamtpreises, dies ueberlassen wir dem Kaeufer, sofern dieser nicht auf Transport mittels Transportunternehmen besteht, siehe Punkt 2.) innerhalb von 10 Tagen.
Zeitgleich werden unsere AGBs (dieses Blatt) per Mail zugesandt, diese ersuchen wir mit eigenhaendiger Unterschrift entweder per Fax, eingeschriebener Postsendung, oder gescannter Unterschrift per Mail binnen 10 Tagen an uns zu retournieren.
Wir geben kein Tier ohne Anzahlung und ohne bestaetigten AGBs ab!
Bereits bei geleisteter Anzahlung sehen wir unsere AGBs als unwiederruflich anerkannt!
Bei Uebergabe ist der Restbetrag sofort faellig, ist dies nicht der Fall behalten wir unser/e Tier/e, die Anzahlung wird nicht rueckerstattet, ebenfalls bei Ruecktritt vom Vertrag!
Ein tieraerztliches Gutachten kann, wenn erwuenscht, erstellt werden und ist nicht kostenpflichtig, die Kosten dafuer uebernehmen wir!
Die Tieraerztin ist Dr. Karin Küllinger oder Dr. Irene Thenmaier in Wien.
4. Haltung
Der Kaeufer garantiert uns mit seiner Unterschrift (oder mit geleisteter Anzahlung) dass unsere
Boeckchen nicht in Laufganghaltungen leben muessen und unsere Weibchen keine Halskrausen tragen muessen!
5. Kulanz - wollen wir hier auch ansprechen und hoffen dass dies nie notwendig sein wird
Da es sich hier um Lebewesen handelt und wir uns fuer unsere Tiere ueber den Verkauf hinaus ver-antwortlich fuehlen, gehen wir auch in gewissem Maß innerhalb 30 Tagen, ab Uebergabe an den Kaeufer ein.
Bei Zustellung durch ein Transportunternehmen gilt Punkt 2. und somit keine Kulanz.
Wir gehen davon aus, dass unsere Interessenten auf ihre Tiere bei Selbstabholung besonderes Augenmerk auf deren Wohlergehen legen und sie im eigenen Sinne angemessen transportieren werden, bei Transport-unternehmen ist dies nicht moeglich, da die Fahrer und das Dispopersonal unter Leistungsdruck stehen
und sich auf ihre Rute und Lieferorte konzentrieren muessen.
Sollte ein Tier von uns innerhalb der ersten 30 Tage ab Uebergabe an den Kaeufer versterben (aehnliches wird in abgeaenderter und gekuerzter Form von chinchillas.com gehandhabt und gilt dort allerdings ausschließlich bei voruebergehender "Lagerung"/Unterstellung bis zum Transport der Tiere für 30 Tage und nicht derart entgegenkommend wie wir es anbieten) erwarten wir ein Foto unseres verstorbenen Tieres von beiden Seiten als auch Ruecken- und Bauchansicht sowie Gesicht extra, weiters erwarten wir dass das Tier umgehend gekuehlt an „Tierambulatorium-Wienerberg, 1100 Wien, Fliederhof 7“ gesendet wird, von dort aus wird es auf die Veterinaermedizinische Universität Wien zur Obduktion gebracht.
Die Kosten sofern nicht der Kaeufer für das Ableben des Tieres verantwortlich ist, uebernehmen wir.
Ist das Versenden an o.g. Praxis nicht moeglich, erwarten wir die Veranlassung einer Oduktion durch den Kaeufer und Infolge einen auf deutsch uebersetzten Obduktionsbefund mit Stempel und Unterschrift des Tierarztes, die Fotos des Tieres im toten Zustand sind in keinem Fall umgehbar!
Wir bieten Ersatz in Form eines adaequaten Tieres entweder zur Gaenze kostenfrei oder deutlich preisreduziert, sobald wir ein entsprechendes Tier zur Abgabe verfuegbar haben (dies ist folgendermaßen zu verstehen: Haben wir sofort ein nicht reserviertes Tier zur Vergabe bieten wir dieses an, andernfalls ein Tier aus dem naechsten Wurf. Vorreservierte Tiere werden nicht anderwaertig vergeben!). Dies haengt allerdings von der, bei der Obduktion festgestellter, Todesursache ab. Bei Nichteinhaltung der zuvor genannten Bedingungen bzw. gesondert schriftlich getroffenen Vereinbarungen im Voraus bieten wir ausnahmslos keinen Kulanzweg. chinchillas.com bietet in keinem Fall Kulanzwege ab Verlassen der Unterkunft in den USA, ebenso bietet chinchillas.com keine Kulanz nach Ablauf der 30-taegigen Lagerfrist vor Ort in den USA!
Wir wueschen den kuenftigen Haltern der von uns gezuechteten Royal Persian Angora und Royal Persian Angora Traeger viel Freunde an und mit unseren Tieren, als auch ebenso gute Zuchterfolge wie wir sie mit unseren Tieren bislang miterleben durften!

1. transport
We prefer pickup by the customer or a personal handover at a chinchilla show.
For a transport with an animal transport company point 2 becomes operative.
From the moment of handover we assume no liability.
As well we assume no liability for an incorrect transport , wrong temperatures during transport, errors of feeding, errors in case of changing
the food, death by downfall in the cage, death as a result of brawl between chinchillas or all circumstances to which we have no bearing on.
2. Animal transport company
From the moment of handover to the animal transport company we assume no liability at all.
Because of the fact that we have no bearing on the transport company, their terms and conditions and on their storage conditions, we assume no liability for anything, therefore we prefer the pickup at our home or personal handover at a chinchilla show!
If the buyer insists on a transport with an animal transport company (the buyer has to arrange and buy such an animal transport by his own), the whole price of the chinchilla must be paid in advance.
3. Conditions of purchase
When you want to reserve a royal persian angora chinchilla or a royal persian angora carrier chinchilla we mail you our bank account details and ask you to transfer at least 25 % of the price for each chinchilla (or the whole price, this we leave to the buyer, if the buyer insists on a transport with an animal transport company – in this case please see point 2) within 10 days.
A the same time we send you our general terms and conditions (this paper), please sign it personally and then return it within 10 days by registered letter, by fax or you scan the paper and return it by mail.
We only sell / reserve a chinchilla when we got the prepayment of at least 25 % and our personally signed general terms and conditions!
When we got the prepayment our general terms and conditions are irrevocable!
When you pick up the chinchilla the remaining amount has to be paid promptly, otherwise the chinchilla stays at our home.
The prepayment will not be refunded, also we don´t refund the prepayment by cancellation of contract.
A vet´s certificate can be furnished on demand, the charges for this certificate will be paid by us. Our vet is Dr. Karin Küllinger or Dr. Irene Thenmaier in Vienna.
4. Keeping of the chinchillas
The buyer guarantees with his signature (or with the prepayment we got) that the males which are bought from us will never live in a keeping with gangways (corridors between cages) and that the females must never wear neck rings.
5. Accomodation (we want also to address although we hope that it would never be necessary)
Because our contract concerns to animals we take responsibility in a certain extent within 30 days from pick up of the buyer.
In case of transport with an animal transport company, point 2 is coming into effect - that means no accommodation.
We expect that our customers are especially careful when transporting the chinchillas, in case of transport with an animal transport this is not possible because the driver must concentrate on his route and his destination.
Should a chinchilla die within 30 days from pickup of our homes (this is also handled in a similar but shorter way by chinchillas.com and only for temporary stocking till transport of the chinchillas but at most for 30 days – so not in this forthcoming way like we do) you must mail us photos of the dead chinchilla: from both sides, additional from lower side and back and one photo from the face. Further you must send the dead chinchilla as a “chilled cargo” to: „Tierambulatorium-Wienerberg, 1100 Wien, Fliederhof 7“; from there the chinchilla will be transported to the veterinarian university in Vienna for autopsy.
We take the fees for the autopsy, but only in the case that autopsy states, that the buyer is not responsible for the death.
If a transport to “Tierambulatorium-Wienerberg” is not possible, the buyer must take care for an autopsy and must send us the autopsy certification which must be translated in German by an authorized translation institute. The veterinarian who make the autopsy must stamp and sign the certificate. But also if we have autopsy certification it is indispensable that we get photos as above described of the dead chinchilla.
Then we offer replacement for the dead chinchilla in form of an adequate chinchilla either total free of costs or to a much lower price as soon as we have an adequate chinchilla to sell (this means – if we have at this time an adequate chinchilla we would offer it, if not we offer an adequate chinchilla from the next litter. Chinchillas which are already reserved we can not offer).
This all depeds on the cause of death which is written in the certification of autopsy.
If the conditions which are mentioned above are not kept or there exists another written contract in advance we grant no accommodation at all.
(We want to inform that chinchillas.com don´t offer any accommodation from leaving the USA, also they offer no accommodation over 30 days from the end of auction).
We wish all new owners which will have a royal persian angora chinchilla or a royal persian angora carrier chinchilla from us many pleasure with the chinchillas and that they have as much breeding effort as we had up to now !!
